Ghana Armed Forces Announces 2025 Recruitment Exercise, Warns Public Against Fraudulent Offers

The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) has officially announced the commencement of its 2025 nationwide recruitment exercise, which will soon take place across all 16 regional capitals.
In a statement signed by Captain Veronica Adzo Arhin, Acting Director of Public Relations, GAF stressed that the process is aimed at providing equal opportunity for all qualified applicants.
The statement clarified that official recruitment notices will be published exclusively on accredited platforms, including gafonline.mil.gh, gafrecruitment.mil.gh, and in state-owned newspapers such as the Daily Graphic and Ghanaian Time

GAF cautioned the public to be vigilant against fraudulent advertisements and so-called “protocol” recruitment offers circulating on social media platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram. It reiterated that no officer or member of the High Command is authorized to offer personal recruitment slots.
Assuring transparency and fairness, the Armed Forces reaffirmed its commitment to a merit-based selection process, while appealing for public cooperation to ensure a smooth and credible exercise.
